Marine Aquarium Testing | Zero Nitrate, Nitrite, Ammonia and Phosphate

Marine Aquarium Testing, my marine aquarium is not tested weekly or even monthly.  The aquarium us so stable that I have stopped testing. However I have had a leather coral suddenly not look healthy and I was concerned so I did a test.

The results give me faith that my Vodka dosing is doing the aquarium very well indeed.

  • Nitrate = 0
  • Nitrite = 0
  • Ammonia = 0
  • Chlorine = 19,160
  • Sodium = 10,560
  • Magnesium = 900
  • Calcium = 440
  • Potassium = 390
  • Stronium = 8
  • Phosphate = 0

The only think that I can see to worry about if the Magnesium level is very low. I have added some magnesium and will increase the level over a 5 day period and test every other day.

The vodka dosing that I have using that is working very well means that the tank is crystal clear and hassle free 🙂
